Story of a Caterpillar and a Butterfly

“There is a monarch butterfly called Beautiful. She wriggle from her cocoon and go through the pain of
shedding off her skin layer by layer. She have to “Let Go” off her “Good of time” within the comfort of the leaf and be in the cocoon of change.

During that painful process, she wouldn’t have made it, have it not been for the constant encouragement
of her peers to go on no matter what. At last she shed her final layer and as soon as it is dries, she stretch
herself and spread her wings. For many occasion she could only see from afar many her fellow butterflies
and now she is ready. She could heard her fellow butterflies calling her “Let’s Go”.

She was filled with excitement for the new challenge. With her new found energy, she confidently say to
herself it is time to venture and “Let’s Grow” into this Brave New World.

In the meanwhile, her younger sister called Daisy, still a caterpillar, resting on nearby leaf and taking it
easy. She does not look forward to spending the “in between time” to be a cocoon. Daisy says “I’m
comfortable right where I am, there are too much pain and price for me to even make that kind of sacrifice.
“I don’t want and I don’t think I am able to fly.”

This simple and yet profound illustration have 3 main outcomes.
1. Many are not willing to End it by putting to a Stop their old ways or values.
2. Most of them because they Stay too long in the Neutral Zone, they’re Stuck in their current chaos.
3. Few experience a new Beginning of reinventing themselves and did not get a good Start. Thus. fail
to maximize their full potential.
